Kickoff of the college football season is less than two weeks away, and so the stories about training camps are coming fast and furious.
Injuries often grab the headlines. Typically, they are along the lines akin to the broken foot of UCLA quarterback Ben Olson or UW QB Jake Locker's tight hammy.
This dispatch in the Los Angeles Times grabbed my attention as I sit here with a cup of coffee while wearing my throwback Phoenix Suns shorts.
Tinea cruris? My shorts just got a bit tighter. Never knew what it was called, but it might explain why a kid in grade school wore the nickname of "Pick It" Paul.
