Video: Car Window Tinting law

Washington State Patrol officer of Kennewick detachment, Sergeant Zach Elmore, discusses the law on tinting vehicles. According to RCW 46.37.430, the minimum amount of visible light transmission allowed is 24%. In Washington, the fee for having tint in a lesser percentage is $124, Sergeant Elmore stated.
