Video: Scenes from the Tri-City Herald inaugural community-wide yard sale

The Tri-City Herald’s inaugural community-wide yard sale ran from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 12. It took place along Cascade Street between Canal Drive and Kennewick Avenue.
