Press conference was help on June 30, 2008, in regards to the murder victim found in the Columbia park and the Defendant, Phiengchai Sisouvanh. Kennewick Police Department's Chief, Ken Hohenberg, Benton County's coroner, Rick Corson and Benton County's prosecuting attorney, Andy Miller provided details and answered questions about the gruesome case.
