Video: Mendoza running for judge position

Sal Mendoza Jr., officially announced his candidacy for the seat being vacated by Benton-Franklin Superior Court Judge Dennis Yule. The news conference was held Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at the Benton County Justice Center in Kennewick, Wash.
