Cal Ripken: Kennewick American 12s headed to regionals

The Kennewick American 12U All-Stars won the Cal Ripken Southern Washington State 60-foot championship. The team is headed to regionals in Kalispell, Mont., July 23-26. The Kennewick American 12U All-Stars won the Cal Ripken Southern Washington State 60-foot championship. The team is headed to regionals in Kalispell, Mont., July 23-26.

The team is holding two fundraisers this weekend to help defray tournament costs. They are doing a 50/50 raffle Saturday at the Eagle 106.5 Grip & Rip Scramble tournament at Canyon Lakes Golf Course, and a car wash and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the KA fields on Olympia St.
