-- Benton County Commissioners, 9 a.m., 620 Market St., Prosser: public hearing on the six-year road program; discuss a grant agreements for a registered sex offender and residency verification program; marijuana eradication program and continuum of care program; Kennewick's "pretreatment act;" additional security for the juvenile courtroom and continued discussion of ATV use in the county.

-- Benton Fire Protection District 1, 9 a.m., 8656 W. Gage Blvd., Kennewick: discuss a review of policies and procedures.

-- Kennewick Irrigation District, 9 a.m., 12 W. Kennewick Ave.: discuss a contract for professional service contract for preliminary geotechnical engineering study.

-- Prosser Budget & Finance Committee, 5:30 p.m., city hall, 601 Seventh St.: public meeting to discuss June 2014 payroll checks and vacation buy outs.

-- Mid-Columbia Libraries Board of Trustees, 5:30 p.m., Basin City branch, 50-A N. Canal: discuss remodel of the Merrill's Corner branch in Eltopia and Mid-Columbia Libraries' Staff Day.

-- Connell City Council, 6 p.m., 104 E. Adams St.: town hall meeting to hear and discuss citizen concerns.

-- Kennewick City Council, 6:30 p.m., 210 W. Sixth Ave.: discuss awarding a contract to remove sedimentation from Zintel Canyon Dam to Apollo Inc.; awarding contract for city-wide pedestrian ramp to Allstar Construction Group.

-- Prosser School Board, 7 p.m., Keene-Riverview Elementary, 832 Park Ave.: study and survey citizen advisory committee; discuss superintendent's vacation buy back;, award 2014-15 fuel contract and discuss Prosser High School yearbook contract for next year.

-- West Richland City Council, 7 p.m., 3801 W. Van Giesen: consider an ordinance approving a public works maintenance facility LTGO bond; public hearing on setting the 2014 docket for comprehensive plan amendments and area-wide rezone and consider forwarding the docket to the planning commission for review and processing; hold a closed-record hearing on a conditional-use permit appeal and possibly make a decision.

-- Richland City Council, 7:30 p.m., 505 Swift Blvd.: Fourth of July briefing from the police, fire and parks departments; consider ordinances dealing with traffic, cleaning sidewalks and conduct of council business relating to public hearings and consider resolutions dealing with working with the Richland School District on traffic management for Sacajawea Elementary School, and making reappointments to the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee. A closed-door session is at 7 p.m. in the city hall annex to discuss current or potential litigation.

-- Franklin County Commission, 9 a.m., 1016 N. Fourth Ave., Pasco: open bids for Langford Road resurfacing and restoration, consider inter-fund loan of $100,000 to TRAC operations.

-- Richland Arts Commission, 11:30 a.m., John Dam Plaza: workshop to clean and paint trash cans for art contest winners.
