Kennewick woman suffers injuries in Hwy 395 crash

— A Kennewick woman was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night on Highway 395.

Diane L. Anderson, 67, was driving a Chevy Cruze south on the highway near Yelm Street when a semi-truck changed lanes and the collided with car, according to the Washington State patrol.

Anderson was taken to Trios Health in Kennewick shortly after the crash around 9:35 p.m.

The truck driver, Ernest R. Heinemann, 52, of California, was not injured, state patrol said. He was cited for an unsafe lane change.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts and the Chevy was towed from the scene, state patrol said.
