Pasco votes to allow new cellular tower

By The Tri-City HeraldJuly 8, 2014

The Pasco City Council voted 6-1 Monday to allow AT&T to build a 90-foot-tall cellular tower near the intersection of Court Street and Road 68. The tower will be disguised to look like an evergreen tree.

Councilman Tom Larsen was the only member to vote against the measure.

"I was told that some people believe it has an effect upon people that's adverse," he said.
