Lowden lavender farm open through July 13

Blue Mountain Lavender of Lowden is celebrating its blooming lavender by inviting the public to visit.

The Walla Walla Valley farm, started in 2000, has two acres of lavender fields. U-pick flowers and craft classes are offered.

The farm, at 345 Short Road, Lowden, is open from now through July 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Friday. The farm is closed Saturdays. Admission is free.
