Police release surveillance footage of Kennewick robbery suspect

— Police released surveillance footage Thursday of the suspect in an armed robbery earlier this week at a Kennewick convenience store.

The suspect came into Mr. E’s Food Mart on Monday night with a handgun and demanded money, police said. He ran from the store with cash and three packs of cigarettes.

The suspect was last seen running east on Fourth Avenue.

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify the male, who is described as between 16 and 20-years-old, 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds.

He was wearing a bandana over his face, a black cap and blue athletic shorts with white stripes.
