Talk today in Richland on helping kids with ADD-ADHD during summer

Tri-City HeraldJune 26, 2014

RICHLAND -- A presentation on strategies for helping children with ADD or ADHD thrive in the summer is planned from 6 to 7:30 p.m. today at the Richland Public Library, 955 Northgate Drive.

Dr. Sharon Stowe-Meyer is the presenter.

Summer can be difficult for children with ADD and ADHD because of a decrease in structure and routine provided during the school year, and Stowe-Meyer will talk about ways to help with learning and keep families happier during the break, a city news release said.

Tri-City Herald is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news. Some of the comments may be reprinted elsewhere in the site or in the newspaper. We encourage lively, open debate on the issues of the day, and ask that you refrain from profanity, hate speech, personal comments and remarks that are off point.
