Gesa offers seminars on recovering from identity theft

Gesa Credit Union is offering two "Identity Theft: Road to Recovery" seminars.

Sessions will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at 51 Gage Blvd., Richland, and from 6 to 7 p.m. June 26 at 1603 Penny Lane, Walla Walla.

The seminars aim to provide attendees with step-by-step direction on recovering from identity theft, techniques to successfully restore one's identity, what to monitor if data has been compromised and consumer rights.

All attendees will receive complimentary identity theft materials provided by Gesa Credit Union and the Federal Trade Commission.

These informative events are free to the public and refreshments will be provided. For more information on this seminar or to RSVP, go to or call 509-378-3549.
