Steptoe Traffic Signal

Construction crews work Monday at the intersection of Steptoe Street and Center Parkway in Richland installing the new traffic signal. Tonight, the Richland City Council plans to vote on a six-year transportation improvement program which will include the possible future extension of Rachel Road from Leslie Road to Steptoe. The signal is to be turned on Wednesday.
