Dahl does it all for Wolfpack in Senior Babe Ruth win

Lane Dahl had drove in three runs on two doubles, scored twice and struck out five batters in six innings to earn the win as the Kennewick Wolfpack topped Milton-Freewater 13-4 in the second game of a Senior Babe Ruth doubleheader in Oregon.

The Wolfpack (6-6) dropped the first game 5-4 as Blake Yenson struck out 12 batters for the Blazers and had an RBI double.

Bandit Bash: Brady Heid picked up the win on the mound in the Hanford Flames’ 18-11 victory over Coeur d’Alene and then had two hits and scored twice in a 9-4 win over Caldwell (Idaho) on Friday at the Bandit Bash at Roy Johnson Field.

Tanner Heiman drove in three runs for Hanford against Caldwell.

Junior Legion: Jake Bauman and Mason Martin combined for six solid innings, and Chad Crider closed the deal as the Southridge Bandits topped the Lewiston Twins 2-1 at the Palouse Summer Classic 19U tournament in Spokane. Taylor Dupuis put the Bandits up with an RBI double.
