Update: Motorcyclist killed in Pasco identified, death ruled accidental

— A motorcyclist who was killed Wednesday when he crashed his bike on Finnhorse Lane in Pasco has been identified as Dmitriy Martynyuk.

Martynyuk, 20, wrecked the motorcycle around 5:20 p.m. off of Road 84. The Franklin County Coroner’s Office has ruled his death an accident.

Witnesses told police the motorcyclist was driving fast and recklessly, said Pasco police Capt. Ken Roske.

He graduated from Chiawana High in 2012, according to Herald archives.

Toxicology tests to determine if drugs or alcohol were involved will be sent to the state lab and results could take between four to six weeks.
