Olive and Leonard Davis

Olive "Ollie" and Leonard Davis of Richland celebrated their 65th anniversary on May 3, with a family dinner at Anthony's Restaurant in Richland.

They were married May 3, 1949, at the Wee Kirk of the Heather in Las Vegas.

They moved to the Mid-Columbia in 1955 from Trono, Calif.

Leonard served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. He worked as an instrumentation technician and manager at Hanford, retiring in 1988 from Westinghouse. He is a life member of the UFW.

Ollie was a homemaker and involved in PTA when their children were young.

They have two children, Tedd (Peggy) Davis of Port Angeles; and Lee Ann Davis of Richland.

They have four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
