Fast Focus: 'Should cities ban pot businesses?' Federal law sync

As long as there are federal laws against the sale and use of marijuana, then cities should ban the sale of it. Furthermore, federal law should be enforced against marijuana or else federal law should be changed. It should not be the attorney general or president's choice as to whether they enforce a federal law or not.
