Diversity Day planned June 15 in Walla Walla

The Walla Walla Diversity Coalition will hold its 21st annual Diversity Day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 15 at Pioneer Park in Walla Walla.

Booth space is available for vendors who wish to participate, though a $5 late fee has been added to the original cost. Applications must be postmarked no later than June 9.

The fee for a commercial booth space is $30. The fee for nonprofits or government agencies that provide only information is $10, and fundraising nonprofits is $25 fee. Booths are 10 feet wide.

Booth space is available to all groups, organizations and individuals interested in furthering the fundamental purpose of Diversity Day, which is to promote communication, interaction and unity, and to foster respect and appreciation for the diversity in this area.

All booths that reflect this theme, including ethnic foods, arts, crafts, information and interactive booths are welcomed and encouraged.
