Latino Business Network planning expo June 26

HERMISTON -- The Latino Business Network will hold a Farm Workers and Employers Expo from 6-8 p.m. June 26 at the Hermiston Conference Center, 415 S. Highway 395 in Hermiston.

Event speakers Fernando Gutierrez, Manny Medrano and others will discuss the cost of training and programs to increase the growth of local businesses. Vendors will be offer services and assistance to employees and employers.

Vendor applications are available at the Hermiston Chamber of Commerce or online at www.hermistonchamber.com.

The Hermiston Chamber of Commerce will hold its Latino Business Network meeting 9 a.m. June 11 at the Hermiston Conference Center, 415 S. Highway 395 in Hermiston. Event speaker Janet Jones will give a talk on ways to encourage work place wellness and programs available in the region.
