Man killed in Milton-Freewater rollover

A Ford F150 pickup driven by Beau T. Zetzsche, 22, of Umapine, was traveling westbound on Highway 332 negotiating a curve at Triangle Station Road when it went off the highway. The pickup went off the highway and rolled into a field where it came to rest on its top.

A 22-year-old man was killed in an early Wednesday crash west of Milton-Freewater in Umatilla County, the Oregon State Police said.

Beau Tyree Zetzsche of Umapine drove off Highway 332, the Umapine Highway, at 2 a.m. while turning at a curve at the intersection with Triangle Station Road, OSP said. The pickup then rolled into a field.

Zetzsche, who was wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, OSP said.

He was driving with a revoked driving privileges and had outstanding warrants out of Texas (probation violation) and Oregon (parole violation and theft) for his arrest, OSP said.

Milton-Freewater Police and Rural Fire departments assisted with the accident, OSP said.
