A Pasco man was arrested Sunday morning and arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after police reportedly found 10 grams of what is believed to be methamphetamine, Richland police said.
Ricky L. Corby, 36, was found passed out at 4:55 a.m. in a parked car along Columbia Center Drive near Tapteal Drive, police said. He was arrested after police reportedly found a small plastic bag with meth in his hand.
Corby was booked into the Benton County jail on a 72-hour hold, police said. His car was impounded and the substance was sent to the state crime lab for testing, police said.
