Thankful Thursday: Senior reflections

May 29, 2014

As a senior, I look back on my high school experience and realize all that this community has provided for me. I want to thank all who have prepared me for my future in a career, as a mother and as an active community member. I am particularly thankful for the wonderful choral program at Richland High School and especially to my amazing choir director, Greg Fryhling, who has taught me that music is about using our talents to touch those in the community. At RHS, I have received a valuable music education that will benefit me throughout my whole life.

I am proud of Tri-City schools for providing wonderful educational opportunities for students like me every day. I am also grateful for Forte Tri-City youth choir, and my director Heather Hull Hart, for providing a place for me to meet other talented youth from all over the Tri-Cities and encouraging me to be my best self at all times.

Thank you to all community members who support these programs. Keep encouraging the youth in the community. They are our future. You are doing a great job. Thank you! Again, thanks RHS for preparing me for my future. Go Bombers!
