Joshua W. France, 33, was driving a sports utility vehicle south when a rear tire blew, causing the vehicle to enter the median and roll, state patrol said. There were four passengers in the vehicle, including three juveniles.

France and a passenger, Janessa N. France, 10, were taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland following the crash around 4:20 p.m. They were listed in satisfactory condition.

No one else in the vehicle was injured.
