A golf tournament to raise money for the Southridge High School booster club is May 31 at Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick.

Entries will close May 28 or with the first 36 paid teams.

The Suns Golf Classic has a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Cost is $100 per player, which includes green fees and cart, prime rib and salmon dinner, range balls, prizes and more, the release said.

"The golf tournament is a major source of funding for the booster club and supports more than half of Southridge students who are involved in sports, clubs and other extracurricular activities," it said.

Sponsorship and registration forms are available at www.southridgesunsboosters.org or through Canyon Lakes Golf Course. Email brownrjak@hotmail.com with questions.
