Hanford budget, cleanup meeting planned Wednesday

The annual public meeting on Hanford budget and cleanup priorities will be Wednesday at the Richland Public Library, 955 Northgate Drive.

Priorities for the fiscal 2016 Hanford budget will be discussed by the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Washington State Department of Ecology. The meeting is planned from 2:30 to 5 p.m. with the last hour for public comments and an open house.

Public comments may be submitted from the meeting date until June 13 to HanfordBudget2016@rl.gov. or to Department of Energy; Attn: 2016 Budget; P.O. Box 550, A7-75; Richland, WA 99352.
