Christian college holding first graduation Saturday

Gather 4 Him Christian College is holding its first graduation ceremony Saturday in Richland.

The ceremony starts at 3 p.m. at Cathedral of Joy, 1153 Gage Blvd.

The commencement speaker is Dr. Dan Doornink, a physician who grew up in Eastern Washington and played football for Washington State University, the New York Giants and the Seattle Seahawks.

The ceremony will honor nine graduates who have earned an associate of arts degree in biblical studies through the Richland college. They are: Payton Layne Airoldi, Jason Lee Buck, David Ethan Chambers, Molly Marie Fox, Noe Lopez, Shelcy Jazelle Martinez, Kyle Robert Nash, Paige Michelle Nash and Stacey Lynn Stanhope.
