Letter: Outstanding repair business

May 7, 2014

Remember the day when a hand shake was all it took to legitimize a business transaction? Not so much, anymore. But don't despair.

There really are a great number of honest and reputable businesses still around. Just in the past couple of weeks, I took my truck to a well-known transmission business. During the service process, an adjacent part was broken. The owner, while surprised at first that this could happen, discovered the reason after a thorough inspection. He chose the high road and as quickly as parts could be found, made the added repair.

Kudos to Aamco Transmission on Deschutes Avenue in Kennewick. Thank you and know that we are proud to recommend your services to others in the area. We're blessed to have been one of your customers who receive the benefit of your personal commitment and integrity.
