Balloon-borne near-space satellite launch

High school students from Three Rivers HomeLink in Richland launch a balloon-borne near-space satellite from near Hermiston, Ore. The satellite, developed in the alternative school's science, technology, engineering and math, or STEM, projects class, collected photos and video as well as atmospheric data before it was retrieved later.
