Brigham Young singers to be on stage April 30

The Brigham Young University Singers make a stop April 30 on their national tour in the Tri-Cities for a concert in the auditorium at Chief Joseph Middle School in Richland.

Showtime is 7 p.m. Admission is $7.50 with tickets available at Far West Books, 8508 W. Gage Blvd, Suite C-103, Kennewick.

Kennewick native Tyrell Wilde will be among those performing with the singers. Growing up in Kennewick, he performed in productions with the Academy of Children's Theatre and Kennewick High's drama department. He also is a former winner of the Washington State Solo and Ensemble competition as best bass singer.

While attending BYU, he also sang with the Utah Opera's production of Salome.
