Level 3 sex offender moves to Pasco

A Level 3 sex offender convicted of child sex abuse recently moved to Pasco, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

Michael Figueroa is living on the 2300 block of East Alvina Street, the sheriff's office said. He was convicted of child assault and child sex abuse in Montana in 1994.

Level 3 sex offenders are considered the most likely to reoffend. Figueroa is under supervision.
