Former Labor secretary to speak at Whitman

WALLA WALLA -- Robert Reich, former U.S. Secretary of Labor under President Bill Clinton and a professor of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley, will spend the last week of April at Whitman College in Walla Walla to present a documentary and share his ideas concerning income distribution and the country's struggling middle class.

Reich will present a screening of the documentary, Inequality for All, at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Maxey Auditorium. He also will deliver a lecture titled "Why Worry about Inequality?" addressing income inequality in the U.S., at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Cordiner Hall.
