United Way's Live United Celebration planned Tuesday

Event celebrates achievements throughout year

United Way of Benton and Franklin Counties will hold its annual Live United Celebration from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Three Rivers Convention Center, 7016 W. Grandridge Blvd. in Kennewick.

This annual event celebrates achievements throughout the year and showcases how United Way continues to improve lives in the community.

The program agenda will include an overview of Community Solutions by Superintendent Dave Bond of Kennewick School District, an update on the Attendance Matters initiative, a presentation of the Distinguished Volunteer of the Year Award and recognition of 2013 campaign donors.
