Walla Walla, CBC softball lose at crossover

NWAACC crossover: Bailey Walthers (Richland) was 2-for-3 with two doubles and Hannah Sams (Southridge) was 1-for-2 with a double Saturday, but it wasn’t enough as Columbia Basin lost 11-3 to Lower Columbia at a crossover tournament in Yakima.

Walla Walla also fell to Lower Columbia, losing 4-3 despite a home run by Marisa Gonzalez. Chemeketa topped Walla Walla 7-4 despite a home run by Cheyenne Kessler by the Warriors.
