Gesa offers free document shredding Saturday

April 11, 2014

Gesa Credit Union is closing out Money Smart Week by offering free document shredding events in Richland and Walla Walla Saturday, April 12.

Participants can bring up to two boxes or bags of paper material per person to be securely destroyed by CIShred.

Shred Day allowed community members to get rid of old documents safely to help prevent identity theft.

The events are free and open to the public. Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Gesa at 51 Gage Boulevard in Richland and 1355 W. Poplar St. in Walla Walla.
