Randy Vojta, superintendent of Columbia Pumping and Construction Inc. in Pasco, only appears stranded Monday morning in the middle of wet concrete he's finishing for the splash pad at the new Kurtzman Park spray park. The work is part of a nearly $209,00 project that also removed the park's former swimming pool and pool building at 331 South Wehe Ave. The new spray park is scheduled to open May 1. Ignacio Lopez of CPC works at right. Pasco-based Big Ds Construction is the general contractor for the project.
