By the Herald staffApril 7, 2014

Kenyon Zero Storage of Grandview recently received a building permit from the city of Pasco for a new cold storage facility at the Pasco Processing Center.

The warehouse at 5701 Industrial Way will be worth about $10.8 million, according to city documents.

Kenyon Zero Storage recently bought the last large piece of land left in the processing center off Highway 395 from the Port of Pasco. The port sold the 16.7-acre parcel for $726,000.

The company already has warehouses in Yakima and Prosser.
