PREP SOFTBALL: Dayton falls to visiting Weston-McEwen

Jessica Lambert and Vali Cartes each had four hits on the day, and Lambert blasted a two-run homer in Weston-McEwen’s nonleague road win at Dayton.

Tigerscots exploded for 10 runs in the top of the seventh to blow the game open.

Taylor Frame had three of the Bulldogs’ six hits.
