Second Harvest will distribute about 8,500 pounds of food to families and seniors in need during a Mobile Food Bank distribution event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday in Kennewick.

The event, open to all those in need, is at Kennewick First Lutheran Church, 418 N. Yelm St.

No documentation is required.

Those planning to pick up food should bring their own box. People can pick up food for others who are unable to attend, if a note is provided, said Second Harvest.
