Letter: Free Internet

March 30, 2014

In 1992, in Richland, Pasco, Kennewick and West Richland, we started the first Internet email Free-Net -- where we provided free email to more than 4,900 people over the next five years until we partnered with the first Internet service in the area and Franklin County.

We then believed in Free Internet access and usage. We still do in 2014. Please sign the petitions to the Federal Communications Commission to make the Internet free and don't allow this communications to be dictated by corporations and paid-for propaganda. Reclassify Internet service providers as common carriers.
