Chainsaw artist creates eagle from stump

Chainsaw artist Butch Elrod of Kennewick uses his tools and passion to turn a maple tree stump in an eagle statue. The carving is in the front yard of a home at the intersection of South Olympia Street and West 37th Place in Kennewick.
