Construction continued Monday on a new 3 million-gallon concrete reservoir and booster station project on the east end of Thompson Hill in Kennewick. The $4.7 million project will support development in the Southridge and urban growth areas south of the site. The projected completion date is November. The general contractor is Rotschy Inc. of Vancouver, Wash.
