Update: Woman falls asleep, rolls car on I-82

One person was hospitalized Thursday morning when a car rolled on Interstate-82 at the Dallas Road exit. All four people in the car were wearing seat belts, said the Washington State Patrol.

A woman fell alseep while driving east on Interstate 182 and rolled the car, injuring a passenger, according to Washington State Patrol.

Alexander J. Lee, 25, of Seattle, was taken by ambulance Thursday morning to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, state patrol said. His condition was not immediately available.

Holly N. Dahlstrom, 23, fell asleep around 8:30 a.m. as she was driving near milepost 104, state patrol said. The Buick went off the road and Dahlstrom overcorrected, rolling the car once.

Dahlstrom, of Seattle, was not injured in the crash, state patrol said. She was cited for negligent driving.

Troopers said alcohol or drugs were not involved in the crash.

The Buick was totaled and towed from the scene.
