Chamber to hold class on legal choices March 27

The Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce's March Business Development University features a class on "Legal Mysteries Decoded: Setting Your Business Up for Success."

The program is from 1-3 p.m. March 27 at the Tri-Cities Business and Visitor Center in the Bechtel Board Room, 7130 W. Grand-ridge Blvd. in Kennewick.

The program will be presented by Brett Spooner, Eric Hsu and Ceci Lopez, and will focus on legal necessities business owners should know to make smart legal choices. Guests will learn about choosing or changing a legal entity for a business, common myths about business entities, questions to ask their lawyers or tax advisers, and the differences between employee and independent contractors.
