Tri-City HeraldMarch 12, 2014

The Leprechaun Dash is Saturday in Columbia Park starting near North Columbia Center Boulevard.

The 1-mile dash for elementary and middle school students starts at 9 a.m. This kids' race is free.

There will be 5K and 10K courses for all ages starting at 10 a.m.

Awards will be given for both races in different age groups. No strollers or dogs are allowed because of the narrow foot paths.

Entry fee for the 5K and 10K courses is $11. T-shirts cost $15 more. Advance registration is encouraged. There is a $4 additional charge for entering on race day.

Parking is available in the Columbia Center North parking lot. For more information, contact race director Eric Greager at sageg@charter.net.

Editor's note: Corrected to include time for the 1-mile dash for kids.
