Home-schoolers get lesson in physics

By the Herald staffMarch 5, 2014

Richland firefighter Kevin Landon prepares to drop an entry in the "egg drop" competition Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Richland.

The event was organized by parents of area home-schoolers to teach a physics lesson.

The Richland Fire Department provided a ladder truck as a platform.

Event organizer Christian Stordahl, wearing a tan sweater, reacts along with other parents and students Wednesday as an egg lands during the egg drop competition.
