Letter: Automotive assistance from Best Buy

I would like to take just a moment to thank the employees at Best Buy in Kennewick for helping a couple of ladies in distress.

It was after 6 p.m. Sunday, dark, bitterly cold, and our van wouldn't turn over. We walked into the store seeking advice and we got so much more than that.

They were kind, took the time to find an employee who had jumper cables, and that employee went out into the frigid weather to jump start our van.

All the way home I was kicking myself for not getting everyone's names, but I still wish to thank each one of them for going above and beyond to help a stranger. Best Buy employs some of the best people! They deserve at least this little moment of thanks.
