Letter: Helpful return policy at Target

Thank you to Alex at Target electronics. As people 65-plus are discovering, electronics have changed dramatically since we were young. My 33-year-old mentally disabled son and I discovered this after he asked me to purchase some type of game station for him, which turned into a frustrating dilemma.

It was a simple request, we thought, for an activity other than TV or music to pass the evenings. We purchased a $500 game station, took it home and after many hours of trying to get it to work, we discovered an Internet connection was needed, and a simple solution was impossible.

Alex kindly and truthfully said the game station wasn't a great choice for my son; everything was returned with no questions. Thanks Alex and Target.
