IHOP to serve free pancakes Tuesday

By The Tri-City HeraldFebruary 28, 2014

Tri-City IHOP restaurants will be serving free stacks of pancakes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals programs nationwide as part of National Pancake Day.

The Kennewick and Pasco restaurants will be giving away short stacks for a donation to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Kennewick's is at 6511 W. Canal Drive and Pasco's is at 5015 Road 68.

Participating IHOP restaurants in the Yakima area will donate all event proceeds to the Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.

In exchange for free pancakes, customers are encouraged to leave donations for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, Shriners Hospitals for Children and other local charities. IHOP hopes to raise more than $3 million this year.
