West Richland police are searching for the suspects who broke into a West Richland business and stole guns and other items.

Police received a call Friday about the burglary at Tri-City Fencing, 4330 W. Van Giesen St.

There was considerable damage throughout the interior of the business, police said in a release.

Officers investigated and said that the burglary occurred between 6:30 p.m. Thursday and 7:55 a.m. Friday. The burglars entered the yard and broke through a door on the north side of the building. They also broke interior doors, a vending machine and damaged ceiling tiles.

Police said two shotguns, a rifle, a welding torch, welding equipment and a 2006 Chevrolet one-ton flatbed truck, Washington license B91966W, also were stolen. The thieves also attempted to steal a second vehicle.
